Being Member of Montserrat Patrons Projects Committee (MPPC)

MPS is governed by its Trustees in accordance with its Constitution that sets out all legal powers, responsibilities, rules and management procedures.  

Purpose

For effective administration of projects, grants and support in Montserrat, MPS has in accordance with its Constitution agreed to establish a Projects Committee:

  •  to contribute to its policies and decision making in regards to what projects and beneficiaries are to be supported; and
  • to oversee and support their effective administration.

Who

In addition to all Trustees (or other number from time to time agreed by the Board):

  •  There are currently 3 other members. 
  • Updated target is to increase to 6.
  • They must be residents of Montserrat or must be persons with substantial interest in or involvement with or annual visits/stays in Montserrat.

How

Appropriate rules & procedures for appointment of Trustees will be followed.
